HISTORY Ross Metal Products was founded in 1978 by Bob Ross as a make-to-order fabricator of sheet metal products. Over the years, the company has completed a large variety of products for companies in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area. OUR CLIENTS Some of the diverse industries in which our customers function: corrugated machinery manufacturing, biomedical instruments, job shop welding business, electrical power distribution, architectural components, rescue equipment manufacturer, truck body manufacturer, and machine shops. CAPACITY The company works with a variety of materials ranging from carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel. The metal gauges that are suitable for our capacity range from thin to thick, 1/4” thick being the maximum. Prototypes are more than welcomed by Ross Metal Products. The lot sizes of our production range from just a few to several thousand pieces with the typical job run in the dozens. One of the provided services that customers find attractive is our ability to design and produce custom products. We work closely with product development starting with just about anything from paper sketches or cardboard models to proven drawings. We will work with you to complete the design using the best materials and manufacturing methods.
